Challenge
Where the project started.
A 22-year-old foundation was running an outdated WordPress site that failed WCAG 2.0 AA at 47 violations per page. Donations were processed via Network for Good (4 percent platform fee) with no recurring giving option. Average donation was declining year-over-year.
Approach
How we shipped it.
- 01 Audited existing site against WCAG 2.2 AA: 47 violations per page reduced to zero.
- 02 Designed new WordPress site with NGO schema, donation tracking, and impact storytelling layout.
- 03 Migrated payment processing to GiveWP + Stripe (2.9% + $0.30 vs Network for Good 4%).
- 04 Implemented recurring donation flow with one-click upgrade prompts.
- 05 Built dedicated grant program landing pages with structured data.
- 06 Email integration with Mailchimp for donor stewardship sequences.
