Where the project started.
A growing brokerage was operating from a Wix site that could not integrate with Bright MLS, forcing agents to maintain listings on three platforms. Search Console showed 47 indexed pages despite having 4,000+ listings.
Approach
How we shipped it.
- 01 Migrated from Wix to custom WordPress with full content preservation.
- 02 Integrated IDX Broker with Bright MLS feed, automating listing sync to the new site.
- 03 Built 23 neighborhood landing pages targeting Annapolis, Eastport, Severna Park, and Crofton.
- 04 Implemented RealEstateAgent and RealEstateListing schema across the catalog.
- 05 Set up Search Console URL submission flow to fast-track listing indexation.
- 06 Custom faceted search with map view, school district filtering, and saved-search alerts.
