Established ecommerce business growing 40 percent year-over-year was struggling with a Shopify Plus setup costing $2,400/mo plus 0.15% transaction fees. Mobile checkout was at 1.7 percent conversion. They wanted ownership, lower fees, and a subscription product that Shopify could not handle natively.

- 01 Built custom WooCommerce theme on a performance-tuned base, no page builders.
- 02 Migrated 220 products with full meta, images, variants, and category taxonomy preserved.
- 03 Implemented Stripe Subscriptions for the monthly box product (Shopify Plus subscriptions are paid extra).
- 04 Product, Offer, and AggregateRating schema across the entire catalog.
- 05 Image pipeline: AVIF + WebP fallback, responsive srcset, lazy load below the fold.
- 06 Custom checkout flow with one-page checkout and Stripe Express integration.
